ADCN today announced that it has led a $275 million Series C financing round in Cadena, one of the world's fastest-growing technology-enabled business growth platforms. The round also included participation from a consortium of strategic investors from the Gulf region and Asia.
The investment reflects ADCN's continued conviction in Cadena's vision of helping companies expand internationally through a combination of artificial intelligence, local market expertise, business development capabilities, and global commercial networks.
Founded by Sid Dhamija and Dr. Yusuf Al Hasan, Cadena has evolved into a global organization that helps companies increase overseas revenue, enter new markets, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate growth across international regions. Over the past several years, the company has built a unique model that combines technology platforms with locally present teams and business networks across multiple countries.
Today, Cadena operates across more than 14 countries and employs over 1,000 professionals worldwide. The company serves more than 1,000 clients, ranging from innovative startups and growth-stage companies to large multinational enterprises seeking international expansion opportunities.
One of Cadena's key differentiators is the scale of its commercial ecosystem. Through years of market development and relationship building, the company has established connections with more than 5,000 corporate buying organizations, providing clients with access to decision-makers, procurement teams, channel partners, distributors, and enterprise customers across a wide range of industries.
As global markets become increasingly interconnected, businesses face growing challenges in identifying qualified opportunities, navigating local business environments, and building trusted relationships in new territories. Cadena addresses these challenges through a combination of artificial intelligence, proprietary technology platforms, local market expertise, and on-the-ground execution capabilities.
The new capital will support Cadena's next phase of growth.
"Cadena represents exactly the type of platform ADCN seeks to support — a company solving meaningful business challenges at global scale while leveraging technology to create measurable commercial outcomes," said His Excellency Mohammad Said Sultan Dhamija, President & CEO of ADCN.
"Over the years, Cadena has demonstrated exceptional execution, built a truly international presence, and created a powerful network that helps companies grow beyond their home markets. We believe the company is uniquely positioned at the intersection of artificial intelligence, global commerce, and business growth, and we are excited to support its continued expansion."
Commenting on the investment, Sid Dhamija, Founder and CEO of Cadena, said:
"We are grateful for ADCN's continued confidence and support. This investment will allow us to further strengthen our technology platforms, expand our global footprint, and continue helping organizations generate sustainable international growth. Our mission remains simple: to help businesses anywhere in the world access new markets, build meaningful relationships, and grow revenue faster through a combination of technology and local expertise."
The Series C financing further strengthens the long-term strategic relationship between ADCN and Cadena and reinforces ADCN's commitment to investing in technology-driven businesses that create economic value, international connectivity, and sustainable growth opportunities.
